Before you book
01 Does it hurt? +
It feels like a hot cat scratch that lasts a while. Bone and inner-bicep areas sting most; fleshy spots like the thigh and outer arm are easier. Most people sit far longer than they expected to.
02 How much does a piece cost? +
We charge by the piece, not the hour. Small pieces start at £120; sleeves and back work typically run £1,200–£3,500 depending on size and detail. Your artist gives a fixed quote after the consult.
03 Do you do walk-ins? +
No. Every piece is custom and every slot is booked. We don't have a flash wall. If you want a walk-in experience, we're not the right studio.
04 How old do I have to be? +
18+ with valid photo ID. We don't tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent — it's UK law.
Booking & deposits
01 How do I book? +
Fill out the booking form with your idea and the artist you'd like. We reply within 48 hours with a consult slot. Deposits are £60–£120, non-refundable, deducted from your final piece.
02 Can I change my artist? +
Yes — once. Each artist has a different eye and a different waiting list. If you'd like to switch, write to us and we'll move your booking across.
03 What's your cancellation policy? +
Deposits are non-refundable. You can reschedule once with at least 7 days' notice. Less than 7 days forfeits the deposit.
Design & aftercare
01 Can I bring my own design? +
Of course — references are welcome. Your artist will adapt your reference into a custom drawing that fits your body. We don't trace or copy other artists' work.
02 How long does the design take? +
Most designs are ready within 2 weeks of the consult. Complex pieces take longer. You'll see the drawing at your appointment — revisions are part of the deal.
03 Will my tattoo fade? +
Black holds for decades. Colour fades faster under UV. We'll send you home with aftercare and a sunscreen recommendation — that's all you need.
04 Do you do cover-ups? +
Yes — Davi and Saoirse take most cover-up work. Bring a photo of the existing tattoo to the consult; we'll tell you honestly if a cover-up is realistic or if laser fading is the better route.
05 What aftercare do you recommend? +
Second-skin healing. We send you home dressed in a medical-grade adhesive film. Leave it 3–5 days, then wash gently and moisturise twice daily for 2 weeks. Full PDF on request.
